The fast-growing Las Vegas Division of Impact Sign & Graphics is looking for an eager, responsible "People Person" who wants a career opportunity in learning and managing our offsite Signage and Weekend Service business and team.

The successful candidate will be a team player, fast learner, self-motivated, and a proactive self-starter. Must be computer literate and have good communication / people skills. This is an hourly position with benefits, must be willing to work flexible hours during the week & ALL weekends. This is a 'Player – Coach' position, handling some of the work and coaching our team that handles the balance of the work on the weekends. During the week there are duties such as but not limited to signage deliveries, small installs, quality control and job site visits, etc.
· Must have a clean driving record & valid driver's license.
· Must have an operational mobile phone.
· Present a clean and professional appearance.
· Good communication skills.
· Ability to organize & schedule other part time employees.
· Ability to troubleshoot problems.
· Must be willing to work independently – especially on the weekends.
Physical Demands:
Job will require driving a company truck to our client's projects, placing signs as needed, lifting sign materials in and out of the truck as needed. Ability to lift 40+ pounds. Ability to get in and out of a truck bed to place signs. Ability to use light tools (Hammer, Mallet, Electric Screw Gun, etc.).
Reports To:
Division Manger
Weekend report will be due each Monday – sent to Division Manager, Office Manager, Billing Manager.

Work Environment:
Job operates in a professional office and warehouse environment & also out in the field at our client's projects.
This Job is a combination of physical work placing signs, and scheduling & training part time staff handling sign placement.
