    JOB SUMMARY


    The Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing for various positions at Superior Group of Companies.

    This position will identify, qualify and successfully match candidates, both internal and external, to open positions within the Company.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Establish and maintain relationships with senior-level hiring managers to understand overall business unit goals and assess long and short term staffing needs to drive effective solutions
    Serve as a resource to hiring managers by employing strategic consulting and influencing skills in order to provide creative methods of building candidate pools
    Interview and screen candidates to assess skills, training, cultural fit, competency level, and other job specific requirements.
    Facilitate the selection process by providing candidate insight and guidance regarding offer structure to hiring managers
    Conduct research and sourcing for entry-level to senior-level positions via resume mining, creative sourcing techniques, and candidate development
    Provide training, guidance and mentoring to hiring managers regarding resume review, interview techniques and other best practices in talent acquisition
    Assist hiring managers in the development of job description and compensation targets
    Complete reference and other applicable background checks
    Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and other components involved in hiring new employees.
    Ensure that the recruiting process is legally compliant and meets EEO/ADA guidelines

    QUALIFICATIONS
    REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    Bachelor's Degree
    3 years of recruitment experience

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Corporate recruitment experience preferred
