Full time Veterinarian: Chief of Specialty - Amazing Opportunity and Compensation + Sign-On Bonus - Springfield, OR

We are looking for a full-time Veterinarian to join our team as the Chief of Specialty. The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and experience in a variety of veterinary specialties. The Chief of Specialty will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the specialty department, including patient care, staff management, and financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the specialty department
• Provide patient care in a variety of veterinary specialties
• Manage staff and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service
• Develop and implement financial plans for the specialty department
• Represent the specialty department at professional conferences and events

Qualifications:

• DVM degree
• 3+ years of experience in a variety of veterinary specialties
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
