    We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Remodeling Project Lead to join our dynamic team at Future Remodeling. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

    As a Project Lead, you will work closely with sales representatives, homeowners, and installation teams to ensure seamless project coordination. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, resolve any issues that may arise, and maintain open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.

    The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in construction account management, project management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. Experience in residential exterior construction, particularly roofing and siding, is preferred. Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Job Nimbus, is also essential.

    In addition to your technical expertise, you will demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor that puts customers at ease.

    We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, performance pay, and commission ranging from $90,000 to $125,000. Our benefits include generous paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, life insurance, and a company-provided MacBook and apparel. We also provide regular team outings and events, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

    You will be based at our HQ in Bergenfield, NJ, but will spend most days driving a company vehicle around the state, visiting job sites and meeting with customers and suppliers.
