    Threat Tec is seeking a highly skilled Defense Readiness Reporting Systems (DRRS) Specialist to join our team in support of the Special Operations Command South (SOCSOUTH), Directorate of Operations Program Support (DOPS)
    The DRRS Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting with DRRS implementation, sustainment, auditing, training, testing, and prioritization to facilitate processes within SOCSOUTH
    Responsibilities


    • Assist with DRRS implementation, sustainment, auditing, training, testing, and setting priorities to facilitate processes within SOCSOUTH.
    • Conduct analysis of complex DRRS-related issues and develop concise recommendations as required.
    • Gather, organize, and create Monthly and Quarterly Readiness Concerns reports for USSOUTHCOM and USSOCOM for integration with the Joint Forces Readiness Review and Quarterly Readiness Metrics Briefing.
    • Utilize readiness reporting systems such as Joint Mission Essential Task List Development, Joint Training System (JTS), Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), and Department of Defense strategic policy, planning, and implementation processes and procedures related to readiness and training.
    • Provide technical and planning support for the Readiness Branch Chief on DRRS issues as requested.
    • Support SOCSOUTH staff with analyzing operational deficiencies to develop technical shortcoming lists and/or narrative DRRS assessments as required.
    • Assist with the development and assessment of Joint Mission Essential Task Lists (JMETL) for SOCSOUTH by providing input and feedback into mission-oriented tasks as required
    Qualifications


    • Possess the ability to obtain/renew DRRS Certification.
    • 5 years of relevant experience in readiness reporting systems and processes.
    • Strong understanding of DODI , Guidance for the Defense Readiness Reporting System.
    • Experience with readiness reporting systems such as JTS, JTIMS, and JMETL development.
    • Technical proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    Additional Requirements


    • Possess a current Secret security clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within 120 days of hire
