    Work with each nominated DLS Client to enable alignment of their processes to Catalent requirements and DLS processes Develop, maintain and train Global SOPs relating to DLS Program and Project Management Ensure local PM requirements to support each DLS program are:

    defined, monitored and maintained in line with Business demand Single Point of Contact for a Global Client initiating a DLS Program of work Lead local and multi-site PMs to set projects up across the network in line with DLS process and the client requirements.

    Lead the definition and creation of customer and program specific templates and processes to manage and monitor the effective communication, risk assessment and execution of agreed scope for the Program(s)


    Lead the identification, development, implementation and control of Continuous Improvement activities required by the Program Establish framework, define standards and agree performance review mechanisms for all projects within assigned programs Monitor and anticipate and communicate resource requirements required to support programs Escalate performance issues regarding delivery of the scope to CSS management Escalate roadblocks and opportunities for improvement in Customer practices and processes to Catalent and customer management in pursuit of continuous improvement Support business development in the construction and execution of customer growth plans for assigned customer and programs Effectively support the Catalent Clinical Supplies Project Managers ensuring regular reviews are conducted and global customer status updates provided as required to all relevant individuals Support the generation of project management resource plans to ensure adequate resource is available to meet demand of the program work load.

    Prepare regular reports detailing activity, current status and client health for assigned programs To ensure clear scope definition is obtained from the customer and appropriately represented within the contract proposal and support Client in the presentation, explanation and review of the proposal with the customer outsourcing team Working with the internal CTLT project Teams, oversee the setup of customer contracts/projects.

    Good knowledge of the contract development / research, pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

    In-depth knowledge of Catalent contract scoping and quoting process In-depth knowledge of financial budget tracking and analysis Working knowledge of Catalent revenue recognition and invoice process Thorough knowledge of GMP Good knowledge of drug development process and GCP requirements in clinical development Experience in demonstrating leadership, influencing and collaboration in a multi discipline environment.

    Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Strong communication skills - written and verbal. Leadership, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills.

    Proficiency with MS Office Programs, including MS Project, WorkFront Will have proven ability to work independently to meet required timelines.

    Can work under pressure and be adept at multi-tasking High sense of urgency, attention to detail and be result orientated.
