Join Kadlec Regional Medical Group as a full-time Internal Medicine/Hospitalist Medical Director and enjoy being part of a non profit and its exceptional and mission-driven team in Richland, Washington.

As medical director for Kadlec, you will work closely with facility leadership at all levels to oversee the growth and success of an established 30 plus physician practice.

Responsibilities include driving client support initiatives such as process improvement, risk management, implementation of evidence based guidelines, as well as overseeing the development of quality incentive plans for and supporting the physicians in reaching quality objectives, including but not limited to core measures.

You will also be providing guidance and engaging in leadership promoting initiatives such as geographic rounding, early discharge planning, multi-disciplinary rounding and HCAHPS score improvement strategies while adhering to regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have previous hospitalist leadership experience while also having excellent communication and supervisory skills. Join Kadlec and help change lives throughout Southeastern Washington.

• Full-time Medical Director role with 0.5 FTE towards directorship and 0.5 FTE towards clinical duties
• Previous leadership in a hospitalist/internal medicine environment is required
• Compensation is between $ 318,292 and $406,164 per year
• Eligible for PSLF
• Complimentary access to student loan consultant
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
