- Process client accounts payable and receivable
- Post financial transactions to the general ledger
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Make adjusting entries as appropriate
- Prepare financial statements and other reports
- Prepare client payrolls, payroll tax deposits and payroll returns
- Prepare sales and use and business personal property tax returns
- Prepare other information returns, i.e. 1099s, etc.
- Other duties as assigned to support clients or team members
- Expertise in MS Word and MS Outlook
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Adobe software applications
- Demonstrated high-level client-service orientation
- Excellent time management
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity, discretion and sensitivity
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
