Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 + Bonuses, Commission. etc.

The Role:

Join us as a Financial Advisor and be at the forefront of financial planning. You will use a range of financial instruments, including fee-based investments, fixed-indexed annuities, and life insurance, to develop personalized financial plans. Your role will involve deep, meaningful interactions with clients, helping them plan for their futures and knowing that your work significantly benefits their lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive financial planning sessions to guide clients towards a financially secure retirement.
• Leverage our diverse financial products to craft custom solutions tailored to individual client needs.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust as a dependable advisor.
• Benefit from our robust marketing initiatives, which will fill your calendar with appointments with prospective clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have an active Life and Health Insurance License and a Series 65 or 66 License.
• Exceptional skills in sales and closing, with a genuine passion for engaging with and helping people.
• A willingness to learn and grow within our firm, following our established processes to achieve success.
• A strong desire to assist people in achieving their financial goals and a drive for professional achievement.

This position is based in Greenfield, Indiana, and requires on-site attendance. Remote work is not available for this role.
