    Responsibilities

    Direct operational support of Duly Chicagoland infrastructure while ensuring exceptional customer service. Reporting to the VP of Infrastructure, this role will oversee all aspects of Infrastructure and Cloud Ops including strategy, architecture, problem resolution, enhancements, liaison with various units and agencies, communication, resolution, management reporting.

    • Lead Datacenter, Network, Telecom, and Endpoint Services teams; reporting to VP, Infrastructure and Cloud
    • Translates broad business and management programs and projects to the infrastructure team to produce practical/prioritized work plans that lead to the successful implementation of business objectives
    • Drive the short & long term technical strategy as it pertains to infrastructure.
    • Develop roadmaps and execution plans and be accountable for the outcome of those plans.
    • Partner with cross-functional leaders on the completion of projects and roadmaps.
    • Manage data center, telephony, and network operations and teams to enhance network redundancies and resiliency
    • Track, prioritize, and update status for ongoing and upcoming projects
    • Manage adherence to change management processes to plan, document, and execute system upgrades, changes, and decommissions
    • Ensure proper system documentation and guides for critical processes/systems are kept
    • Assist with IT operational and budgeting responsibilities
    • Manage vendor relationships and build strong partnerships
    • Monitor performance on SLAs through regular review and follow up on metrics.
    • Work with Cybersecurity to schedule and conduct periodic tests to validate business continuity, data protection, and disaster recovery procedures
    • Ensure operational service gaps are corrected in a timely manner.
    • Acts as liaison between IT and business leadership across Duly Health and Care
    Qualifications

    The Experiences You Bring
    • 10+ years' experience helping to transform IT infrastructure
    • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, in a complex environment and a background in architecture, systems administration, network administration, cloud services, and storage administration.
    • Direct experience with LAN/WAN/SDWAN, VMWare, O365, Citrix, Cisco UC required.
    • Demonstrated understanding of standard frameworks and methodologies including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
    • Leadership experience in directing, leading, and mentoring IT professionals
    • Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
    • Demonstrates the business and financial acumen necessary to develop and present ideas and solutions in a clear, concise, organized manner
    • Strong written/verbal communication skills. Effective in influencing and negotiating to achieve amicable outcomes
    • General knowledge of HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, & data privacy standards and procedures
    • Ability to effectively deal with work pressure, and maintain a composed and calm attitude
    • Ability to evolve and quickly learn bleeding edge technologies
    Education
    • Four-year bachelor's degree required
    • One or more of the following certificates a plus - CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor, CISSP (Certified Information Security Systems Professional
