    **Elim Wellspring, a Leader in Senior Care**

    We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, & On-Call Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. Our generous benefits package includes a new pay scale and a $5,000 bonus for eligible positions.

    We are conveniently located near Cambridge, Zimmerman, Dalbo, Elk River, Milaca, Pease, Foreston, and St. Cloud.

    Available Shifts:

    • Full-Time: Day (7am - 7pm) or Night (7pm - 7am)
    • Part-Time: Evening (3pm - 11pm)
    • On-Call: Day, Evening, or Night (36 hours/month)

    Competitive Wages:** $34.91 - $38.71/hour depending on experience

    Nurse Responsibilities:

    • Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
    • Administers medications and/or treatments as ordered by physicians and monitors for effectiveness/response
    • Manages medications, supplies, and equipment according to policies and procedures
    • Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
    • Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in resident condition

    Nurse Skills and Requirements:

    • Current MN Registered Nursing License required
    • CPR certified preferred or willing to get
    • Experience in Long Term Care preferred
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
