- Provides Speech Therapy services to clients and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordance with Speech Therapy Department procedures.
- Evaluates clients to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Conducts specialized evaluations as indicated.
- Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including short and long term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
- Implements and conducts treatment plan as outlined in treatment plan.
- Monitors client's response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals.
- Documents results of clients' assessment, treatment, follow-up, and termination of services.
- Adapts treatment to meet the individual needs of the client.
- Recommends and obtains appropriate equipment to improve client's communication. Instructs client and family in use of augmentative communication devices.
- Instructs client and family in appropriate speech-language procedures or home program to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities.
- A Master's Degree
- Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language-Hearing from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Must be licensed in the state of Idaho.
- Pediatric experience preferred.

Our clinics provide Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, and behavioral and developmental support through our Developmental Disabilities Agency.
