Job summary
The Media Vehicle Quality Supervisor oversees quality assurance for media vehicles coordinating repairs and ensuring timely preparation for media events.This role requires strong organizational skills technical knowledge and the ability to manage a dynamic workflow in collaboration with engineers technicians and support staff Daily Job Functions Lead vehicles through all quality process steps and maintain accurate tracking Conduct daily team meetings with Stellantis engineers and scheduling staff to ensure alignment meet deadlines Provide real time updates on vehicle status modify tracking sheets as needed Review edit audits for clarity consistency Write dispatch repair orders for fleet wide warranty repairs recalls retrofits Coordinate third party repairs glass dents body work maintain shop equipment Monitor technician hours approved timesheets oversee training Assist diagnostics adapt changing priorities Prepare vehicles media events including new model launches retrofits Support parts ordering vehicle scanning activities
