Job Description

A local facility is seeking a technician who will be responsible for making general maintenance and repairs of 7 buildings on the property, being there for inspections, removing snow, and performing other duties as needed.

Work hours are
Monday through Friday from6 a.m. to2 p.m.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must haveprior custodial and building maintenance experience, must not be afraid of heights, must be able to pay attention to detail, must have a good attitude, musthave a neat and clean appearance, and must have a solid work history with no attendance issues.
Only candidates that can pass a FBI, BCI, background, fingerprint check, and drug screen will be considered.
