- Analyze molecular assay data spanning genomics to proteomics to uncover disease-specific signals from liquid biopsies.
- Develop molecular assay data processing pipelines.
- Evaluate, research and develop analysis methods for molecular assay data and apply them to generate insights.
- Contribute reproducible, reusable, and robust code to the internal codebase.
- Document results of analyses and investigations in a reproducible manner.
- Collaborate within cross-disciplinary teams composed of analytical chemists, data scientists, and clinicians.
- Communicate insights to both experts and non-experts via presentations and publications.
- M.S. in computer science, bioinformatics, biostatistics, or related discipline. Ph.D. preferred.
- Prior experience working with genomics sequencing or proteomics mass spectrometry data.
- Proficiency in at least one general purpose coding language such as Python or R.
- Proficiency in general statistical methods as commonly used in the field.
- A record of achievement as evidenced by quality publications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
