Corporate Maintenance Trainer - Belmar

Job summary
The Corporate Maintenance Trainer will provide expertise and direction for technical maintenance support throughout the organization to improve technician knowledge skills personal growth while ensuring compliance with vendors OEM OSHA/EPA company directives processes.Develop implement corporate wide vehicle maintenance training program curriculum ensure all maintenance team members are properly trained on vehicles components within fleet including necessary OE-provisioned troubleshooting software coordinate all maintenance employee OSHA/EPA required training maintain attendance records training logs for all training in Maintenance Department develop implement technician development plans for STA locations at technician level to ensure continuous improvement progression next available skill level based ASE certification programs monitor internal repair vendor release repair bulletins recalls updating training programs works with STA locations to develop Apprenticeship programs other tasks as assigned by Management.
- Ability travel Approximately of time will be spent traveling road.
