- Provide legal counsel and strategy to clients by analyzing their needs and determining the proper course of action.
- Represent clients in court.
- Handle existing family law cases and new cases as part of a team, from initial consultation to trial.
- Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
- Minimum of 3 years of family law experience (more experience preferred).
- Capable of handling own caseload with independent decision-making and some trial experience.
- Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Excellent research skills.
- An existing book of business is a plus, but not required.
