    Company DescriptionReporting to the Talent Operations Manager, the Talent Operations Coordinator (TOC) supports the full employee lifecyclefrom onboarding through off-boarding.

    The TOC provides balanced execution support to the Talent team, across all North American entities.

    Your role will serve as the operational backbone of the Talent team, ensuring an excellent employee experience for approximately 8,000 employees.

    Job DescriptionONBOARDINGProcess relocations through the vendor portal and manage exceptionsEnsure premium onboarding experience from day 1 by conducting new hire onboarding calls Own new hire compliance by completing I-9s and auditing of new hire paperworkOFFBOARDINGManage voluntary termination processSubmit IT separation requests and partner with IT on employee equipment returns Submit HR separation forms with final pay details Draft and send exit emails to separating employees with required state documentsCOMPLIANCEManage unemployment claims via the vendor portalProvide additional compliance support to the business, including state-required posters, handouts, reporting, follow-up, and communications Support Compensation with minimum wage updates Create confirmation letters for off-cycle pay adjustments and in-role promotions Create repayment and recoupment letters as neededSYSTEM PROCESSINGSubmit LOAs, separations, title/manager/organizational changes as requestedEnsure digital personnel files are complete; push updated documents for signature via 3rd party platformAssist in answering questions and issues within Zendesk related to IT, Payroll, and BenefitsLevel 1 Talent systems questions and issues (ECM, My Wings, and Amplify) Create SAP reports as requested (ad hoc from TBPs, COEs)BENEFITS SUPPORTSubmit COBRA subsidiesComplete Qualified Medical Support NoticesReview and approve life event changes and support open enrollmentSupport LOA management by collecting and submitting Leave of Absence documents to Third Party Administrator, tracking Worker's Compensation Light Duty Agreements and supporting ADA requestsAssist Talent Business Partners with LOA Interactive and Return to Work processesPROGRAM SUPPORTHost on-site training eventsSupport Emerging Programs with large projects, such as Aviator and Grad interviews Partner with COE's on Talent Playbook updates and communications Process Tuition Assistance reimbursementsSupport New Leader Assimilation trainings Provide coaching on tools & talent resources (Amplify, ECM)QualificationsMinimum High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferredSuccess managing simultaneous projects1+ years of experience providing excellent customer service to ensure premium experiences for employeesWorking knowledge of the integration of leaves and benefitsMust be a proactive problem solver and team player who is detail-oriented and flexible; a self-starter requiring minimal supervision with the ability to support requests from multiple directionsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential matters appropriatelyOutstanding verbal and written communication skills are required with the ability to interact at all levels of the successfully organization while functioning as a team playerAdditional InformationThe base salary range for this position is $53,000-65,000 (non-exempt) + cash incentives.

    Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
