- \tSingle point of contact (SPOC) for Construction related topics with 3P JWO customers, providing guidance prior to, and during construction.
- \tEvaluate site feasibility including coordinating utility and technology requirements with 3P customers
- \tProvide typical preconstruction consulting services for 3P customers
- \tBuild and maintain a Project Execution Plans for all 3P construction projects.
- \tReview and mark-up 3P customer construction drawings
- \tAssist 3P customers with Inspection related milestone checklists driven by JWO Tech.
- \tManage projects and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners.
- \tEstablish effective relationships along with an understanding of municipalities and permit processes.

Job DescriptionJust Walk Out Services is seeking a "Sr.
JWO Construction Engineer" leveraging their knowledge of both the construction process, and the Just Walk Out Technology (JWOT) to assist our 3P customers with integrating the JWOT into their physical space.
The Sr. JWO Construction Engineer's primary role is to educate, validate and audit by providing consolidated and centralizedrequirements/documents
for all 3P customers. The Sr.
JWO Construction Engineer intentionally trains and develops Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) that bridge the gap between the JWOT and an embedded construction industry.
You are the right person for this job if you have a strong end user focus and a passion for producing high-quality work.
You must demonstrate the ability to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources across multiple projects and working groups spanning design and technology.
This position requires you to manage contributor expectations, schedules, budgets, assets and scopes—because organization and attention to detail are in your DNA.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners.You will make decisions and find solutions quickly and with confidence, and not expect someone else to show you the right way forward.
You are the right person for this position if you take ownership of your work, display a great deal of initiative, possess common sense, sound judgment, and a sense of humor.
This role requires up to 60% travel.Key job responsibilities
As a member of the Professional Services Organization, you will drive the processes, procedures and programs to consulting our customers as they constructed and launch JWO enabled stores.
Everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats, and work effectively in a highly collaborative, start-up environment as we develop this new class of customer experiences at Earth's most customer-centric company.
About the teamConstruction Engineering leverages its knowledge of both, the construction process and Just Walk Out Technology to assist customers integrating JWO into their physical locations.
We educate, validate, and audit by providing consolidated and centralizedrequirements/documents
to all 3p customers.
We recognize customers cannot build their space "as usual" and require incremental support and expertise to ensure a successful and repeatable execution.
We educate early in the process to ensure criteria is understood to eliminate last minute adds or changes.This team intentionally trains and develops Subject Matter Experts that bridge the gap between JWO Technology and an embedded construction industry.
