    Description:The purpose of the role of the Safety Manager is to create, manage, and oversee the safety programs and supervise the operations to promote the safety, health, and well-being of the team. We are seeking a highly qualified Field Safety Manager to oversee and implement safety protocols within our construction company. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in construction safety practices, particularly in areas such as trenching/excavation, fall protection, and demolition. The primary responsibility of the Field Safety Manager will be to ensure compliance with safety regulations, mitigate potential hazards, and promote a culture of safety among all personnel.


    Responsibilities:

    + Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies specific to construction demolition activities.+ Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including OSHA requirements.+ Provide safety training to all employees, subcontractors, and visitors on topics such as trenching/excavation, fall protection, and demolition safety procedures.+ Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.+ Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety into project planning and execution.+ Review and approve construction plans and procedures to ensure they meet safety requirements.+ Keep abreast of changes in safety regulations and industry best practices, and update company policies and procedures accordingly.+ Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, incidents, and corrective actions.+ Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.+ Mentor and provide guidance to junior safety personnel as needed.
