    What You Will be Doing:

    The purpose of this position is to participate in the overseeing and supporting of applications, servers, desktops at the Tier 2 and 3 levels. This position is a generalist role and will be responsible for maintaining Active Directory, both on-site and in the cloud, working with accounts/groups/rights/GPOs as directed. They will also perform maintenance functions for the networking environment, including DNS/DHCP and VLAN coordination. They will provide daily maintenance and support for applications running on OED servers, including applications such as Tableau, Cold Fusion, Proxy servers, and MDM solutions. They will also maintain our server/service monitoring solutions, including configuration of said servers/services and notifications and actions in the system.

    What We Are Looking For (Desired Attributes):

    • Working knowledge of MS Active Directory.
    • Skills around troubleshooting applications running on Microsoft Servers and/or cloud applications.
    • Knowledge of application management/distribution/patching solutions; i.e. SCCM.
    • Working knowledge of a database management system as it relates to application database connectivity/support.
    • Knowledge of telephony solutions/support; i.e. softphones.
    • Commitment to valuing diversity and promoting inclusion

    Required Minimum Qualifications:

    (a) Five (5) years of information systems experience in Microsoft Active Directory for user and device management; OR

    (b) An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR

    completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field; AND

    three (3) years of information systems experience in Microsoft Active Directory for user and device management; OR

    (c) A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field AND one (1) year of information systems experience in Microsoft Active Directory for user and device management.
