- Serve as a financial advisor to the CEO and executive team for strategic planning purposes
- Oversee all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation
- Develop appropriate tracking methods for revenue and expenses.
- Oversee development, oversight, and management of the organizations investment plan
- Lead and manage the budgeting process
- Gather financial data for analysis and forecasting with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance
- Coordinate the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly reports

Our client a successful Family-owned manufacturing company based in New Orleans, LA is hiring for a VP Finance to join their growing business.
The company has seen significant growth over the last 5 years in particular and due to this growth now seeks a leader in their Finance division to support and advise the company CEO through their next phase of growth.
The company has recently invested in a new ERP (NetSuite) and so the VP of Finance will be equipped with market leading financial reporting and data toolsets. NetSuite ERP experience is not essential, but is preferred.
