    Job Summary

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator with expertise in Lucernex to support our Lease Administration and Store Development teams. The coordinator will play a crucial role in optimizing Lucernex-based systems while assisting in lease-related administrative tasks and store development projects.

    Job Responsibilities and Duties

    1. Lucernex Expertise:

  • Coordinate and oversee day to day administration tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our Lucernex-based infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Lucernex-related issues promptly to ensure system reliability.
  • Create comprehensive reports, leveraging Lucernex data, to provide insights into Lease Administration and Store Development trends.
  • Be the main point of contact with our outside Lucernex vendor.2. Lease Administration:
  • Support Lease Administration Director and team with the organization and management of lease-related documents and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Lucernex solutions into lease administration processes.3. Store Development:
  • Assist in coordinating store development projects (supporting real estate management, licensing and construction teams) ensuring timely completion and adherence to Lucernex-based configurations.
  • Facilitate communication between Store Development, ensuring a seamless integration of Lucernex in new store setups and project management.4. Documentation and Training:
  • Maintain accurate documentation for Lucernex configurations, lease administration processes, and store development procedures.
  • Provide training and support to relevant teams to enhance Lucernex-related skills.Collaboration:
  • Foster collaboration between requisite teams, including Lease Administration, Real Estate Management, Legal, Construction and Licensing, in order to enable a cohesive approach to Lucernex-based initiatives.Requirements - Education, Experience, Physical, and CompetenciesEducation Requirements: Bachelor's Degree - PreferredEducation or Certificate Details: Computer Training Certification preferred.Related Experience
  • Proven experience in coordination roles, preferably involving Lease Administration and Store Development.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lucernex operating system.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Lucernex-related issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree or Computer Training Certification preferred. Pay Range - $65, $105,110.00 *The salary paid to a successful applicant will depend on the applicant's experience, qualifications, business needs and resources, and the candidate's location.
