    Job DescriptionDescription:

    We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/ Training Material Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and informative training content related to metrology tooling used by our service personnel as well as industry specific machinery, processes and best practices for inspection and alignment of equipment. The Training Material Developer will work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning resources that align with organizational goals and objectives.

    What you can look forward to accomplishing:

    • Design and develop training materials, including but not limited to presentations, e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, and job aids.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs)
    • Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure training materials meet the needs of diverse learners.
    • Work closely with the Training & Development Team to schedule & create videos.
    • Write clear and concise scripts for video training modules.
    • Create storyboards to visualize the flow of content, including visuals, animations, and demonstrations.
    • Integrate interactive elements (quizzes, simulations, assessments) into training videos which are uploaded to our LMS platform.
    • Gather feedback from SMEs, trainers, and trainees to improve content.
    • Regularly review and update existing training material.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Videography, Instructional Design, Communication, or a related field.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
    • Attention to detail and ability to organize complex information.
    • Passion for creating effective and engaging training content.
    • Strong proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theory a plus.
    • Familiarity with metrology concepts and terminology is a plus
