Job description
Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Civil Engineer or Civil Designer with 5 or more years of experience for our Land Development group in Laurel, Maryland.
Responsibilities:
- Design of land development projects in the Prince George's, Anne Arundel, Montgomery and Howard Counties of Maryland.
- Utilizes AutoCAD and Civil 3D software to develop various plans and technical reports in the areas of site layout, storm drain design, storm water management, sediment and erosion control, utility design, and site grading.
- Provide Assistance to other team members and management in order to accomplish department goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required. E.I.T. preferred
- Experience in Private Land Development preferred but not required
- AutoCAD & Civil 3D proficiency required
- Ability to work in a team oriented office while being able to work independently on specific tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Local candidates preferred.
