    Job Overview

    Ropes Course and Clip 'n Climb Attendants play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet visitors with a warm smile and engaging demeanor.
    • Provide clear instructions and guidance on attraction usage, while enforcing rules and regulations.
    • Explain the attraction's operation and safety procedures in a fun and encouraging way.
    • Maintain the cleanliness of the attraction area at all times.
    • Operate and monitor attractions with safety and cleanliness as top priorities.
    • Address special requests or needs, prioritizing visitor safety.
    • Communicate maintenance and repair issues to supervisors promptly.
    • In case of doubt, close the attraction and alert a supervisor.
    • Follow established procedures for emergency situations and report incidents to management immediately.
    • Stay knowledgeable about other attractions and facilities to provide accurate information to visitors.
    • Adhere to guest service performance standards daily.
    • Identify opportunities to foster social interactions with families and create memorable experiences.
    • Pursue moments to surprise and engage guests with enthusiasm and authenticity.
    • Develop and perform signature moves to interact with guests regularly.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
