Description
Mercy Medical Group (MMG) , a large multi-specialty medical group in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a BC part time (.6 FTE) OB Hospitalist Physician to their team.
Responsibilities would include covering the OB emergency department, covering patients in labor & delivery, providing emergency gynecological consults, and being available for surgical assist needs.
Incoming physicians would be based out of Mercy Hospital of FolsomHospital does approximately births/year
Join a growing program which will consist of 3 dedicated Ob Hospitalists and support from a large pool of clinic based doctors in the program
24 hour back-up Ob on-call
Part-time opportunity that includes seven 12 hour shifts/month and shifts can be done as 24 hour shifts.
Three 12 hour back-up shifts a month required (home call)
Level I nursery with support from the Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical Center
Employer provided malpractice insurance (OB Hospitalists Only)
