PRN Level - Requires working:
~ Minimum of 4, 12-hour shifts hours per pay period (every two weeks)
~2 Holidays per year (1 winter and 1 summer)
~2 weekend shifts per pay period as defined by the unit supervisor

The Critical Care Flex RN manages the nursing care of critically ill patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Primary locations of ICU or ER and then secondary location of IMC, and then any other medical units if needed.
Assesses plans and evaluates patient care needs.Provides respiratory and ventilator management and monitoring for patients.
Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well coordinated patient care.
Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Provides age and culturally appropriate care.
Orients and mentors new staff members.
Graduate of accredited degree of professional nursing. Two years or more of Critical Care setting preferred
