    Job Summary: The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for driving sales effectiveness and efficiency by producing, curating, and maintaining content, as well as developing and implementing repeatable sales motions and playbooks. This role involves creating and managing process documentation, providing CRM capabilities to support sales and marketing interactions with customers, and supporting the sales team to achieve ROI. The Sales Enablement Specialist will make high-level decisions based on data analysis, develop strategies to maximize sales effectiveness, coordinate training and support for sales personnel, and proactively implement changes or new processes to optimize sales performance.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Work with sales leadership to identify best practices and create standardized sales processes.
    • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the sales process and develop strategies to address them.
    • Document sales processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Implement tools, technologies, and training programs to enhance sales effectiveness, including playbooks that outline step-by-step procedures for various sales scenarios.
    • Design engaging and interactive training materials and presentations.
    • Organize/facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate sales personnel on sales enablement processes and best practices.
    • Provide ongoing support and coaching to help sales reps articulate the value proposition and ROI of products or services to prospects, and achieve sales goals
    • Maintain a repository of process documentation for easy reference and training purposes.
    • Continuously refine and optimize sales motions based on feedback and performance data.
    • Develop and manage content resources such as sales decks, case studies, product collateral, and competitive battle cards.
    • Ensure that content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the sales strategy.
    • Collaborate with sales team to configure and customize CRM systems to support sales and marketing workflows.
    • Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on CRM usage and best practices.
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average sale cycle length, average deal size, and total revenue in order to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
    • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics.
    • Continuously strive to improve customer experience and meet customer needs.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.
    • Propose and implement changes to processes, tools, and strategies to drive sales performance and efficiency

    Qualifications

    Education, Licensure & Certifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
    Experience:
    • 3+ years' experience in sales enablement, sales operations or a related role.
    • Extensive experience with CRM systems, including configuration and management of CRM to support sales and marketing workflows.
    • Demonstrated experience in producing and curating sales content such as sales decks, case studies, and product collateral.
    • Proficiency in creating and managing process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and job aids.
    Knowledge, Skills, Capabilities:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    • Experience coordinating training sessions and providing support to sales personnel on sales enablement processes.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate sales strategies and tactics.
    • Demonstrated focus on delivering value to customers and understanding customer needs and preferences.
    • Proven ability to proactively implement changes or new processes, tools, and strategies to optimize sales performance in a dynamic environment.
