A distinguished and growing financial services firm in downtown Boston is seeking an Analyst to join their team. This person must be able to work onsite 3 days a week.

They are looking for dynamic team members comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Tracking and reconciling daily cash movements within client portfolios, coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Client account reconciliation, monthly and quarterly reporting, client communication, process improvement, and data management
• Completing cash and position reconciliations for assigned client accounts.
• Assisting with fund manager performance data input and producing monthly and quarterly reports for clients.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies in records, troubleshooting report issues, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Managing client tax documents, providing high-level service to internal client teams, and identifying process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of prior work experience, preferably in investment operations.
• BS in Accounting or Finance
• Undergraduate degree from a reputable university with strong quantitative skills.
• High attention to detail and experience with data management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and strong interpersonal communication skills.
