    Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week Length: 13 weeks
    Requirements:
    • WA License
    • 2 years' experience
    • Hard Stop
    • BLS
    • ACLS
    • NIH
    • Sheath pull experience optional

    • Floating is required

    PATIENT DIAGNOSES:Surgical Cardiac Telemetry Unit, myocardial infarction, rule out MI, Primary arrhythmias, pre/post open-heart surgery patients, vascular surgery patients, coronary artery disease, heart failure, pre/post cath lab with or without interventions, stroke patients with cardiac involvement
    SPECIAL PROCEDURES:Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, Trach CareBlood/Blood Products AdministrationCardioversion / Defibrillation, Epicardial Pacer ManagementLVAD/Impella, Open Heart 24-28 hours Post-OpTele Interpretation - Dysrhythmia Interpretation and management
    Hard Stop REQUIRED - Surgical Telemetry -(open heart surgery experience and vascular ( groin)radial band management, IV skills, NIH 2-3 years telemetry experience; optional- VAD, TAVR experience)sheath pull experience optional
    SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:Heparin, Insulin, Amiodarone, Antiarrhythmics, Beta Blockers, Cardizem, Hydralazine, Ketamine, Lasix, Nicardipine, Nitroglycerin, Stable drips
    CERTS: ACLS, BCLS, NIH all requiredSTAFFING RATIO- 1:4-5FLOAT: yes

    Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

    Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
