    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Technically and functionally lead BI portfolio for North America region (USA + Canada).
    • Collaborate with US business on BI topics and serve as a business partner in driving solutions.
    • Analyze business requirements and prepare specifications for product development and BI upgrades/enhancements.
    • Identify development opportunities to improve and streamline BI support across NA business (such as performance improvements)
    • Working alongside a global team of Architects, Developers, Support Engineers, Product and Project Managers, support the process to design & develop BI solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree required.
    • Microsoft SQL Server skills including SSIS, SSAS, DW & PowerBI.
    • Excellent email and phone communication skills
    • Experience in guiding BI Support Engineers
    • Experience working in a global environment.
    • Ability to read code and support applications, reports and processes.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentations skills
