We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer for a 6-month contract-to-hire position.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support the full application life cycle, from architecture and design to development, testing, and deployment.

As a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you will manage the lifecycle of change requests and deploy any changes to Production.
You will develop guardrails to ensure code quality for items being deployed to production, enforcing quality standards and best practices.
You will also serve as the "release management" lead on projects, providing training and guidance to other staff.Your role will involve troubleshooting and completing complex data loads, resolving deployment errors, and designing, developing, and integrating software solutions in Salesforce.
You will collaborate with other developers to build maintainable, testable, and efficient systems and actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions, offering relevant solutions and input.
(Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer)Mandatory Skills :
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
They should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Developer and a minimum of 1 year experience with Copado and performing deployments.
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications are also required.(Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer)

Start Date :
The position is available immediately, with a 6-month contract period. The annual salary, if hired, will be approximately $135,000 with an additional 15% bonus paid annually. The conversion to a permanent position will be based on performance.
