- Direct and oversee multiple, complex technology projects, using IT project management principles, methods, and practices, such as planning, scheduling, resource estimation, definition of milestones, monitoring and communications;
- Provide expert technical decisions, advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical IT issues;
- Plan and manage long-range budgets and adapt to fiscal changes and priorities, to execute and manage an IT program budget of approximately $10M/year across the five-year budget cycle;
- Apply multiple IT specialties and their interrelationships to direct and manage complex IT program and project activities;
- Communicate and negotiate with a large and diverse set of stakeholders to address concerns, prioritize objectives and resources, and settle conflicts.

Summary
