- Demand Planner reporting to Manager of Demand Planning.
- Use advanced planning tool to optimize forecast and drive accuracy.
- Work cross functionally to gain alignment on forecast with all stakeholders.
- Prioritize work to drive the largest improvements.
- Develop tracking and reporting around KPIs.
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
- Participate in process improvement projects within Supply Chain.
- At least 2+ years of Demand Planning and S&OP experience.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Advanced planning tool experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven track record of success in similar role.
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
