    Delivering WOW Customer Service is at the heart of every interaction with our customers. As a commercial delivery driver, you play a vital role in ensuring that AutoZone's commercial customers receive the parts they need to keep their businesses running smoothly.

    Job Description

    In this position, you will be responsible for driving a company vehicle to transport parts to commercial customers, loading and unloading parts as needed. You will also pick up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. Additionally, you will assist do-it-yourself customers in the store between deliveries and follow all company policies, procedures, and management direction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provides exceptional customer service
    • Drives delivery vehicle to transport parts to commercial customers, including loading and unloading of parts
    • Picks up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
    • Maintains a safe driving and working environment, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
    • Follows all company policies, procedures, dress code, and management direction, including all fleet and safety policies
    • Handles cash and charge transactions per company policy

    Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and meet AutoZone's driver requirements
    • Ability to lift load and deliver merchandise
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and evenings
    • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
