Job Description

We have been retained by our client, a growing Commercial Glazing Contractor in the Denver, CO area, to find a Project Manager. This role will focus on managing commercial glazing projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in project execution.

Responsibilities:

Oversee project safety protocols and quality control measures, ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory standards.
Manage project lifecycle elements, including RFI's, submittals, and shop drawings.
Lead the creation and implementation of project schedules, coordinating closely with field and management teams.
Direct material and subcontractor coordination and procurement, including cost management and change orders.
Mentor and guide Project Engineers, fostering professional growth and ensuring project alignment with customer requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Construction-related discipline is preferred
OSHA Certification is a plus
5+ years of Project Management experience, specifically with Commercial Glazing Projects.
Proficient in reading specifications and architectural drawings
Demonstrated ability to navigate project risks and optimize profitability.
