Create and maintain a monthly report on sales and marketing at the branch
Willing to support remote loan officers nationally.
This is not a turnkey position but one of technical skill and the ability to learn

Qualifications
Experience customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
NMLS License and state license(s) in areas of lending responsibility4+ years' of management
Experience hiring and training individuals
Branch production currently at $4 million monthly min
Personal production of $1.0 million monthly min
