    ERP
    Implementation Specialist

    on a

    Direct Hire

    basis.

    This position is fully remote but candidate must be presently located in 1 of the following states:
    FL, NC, TX, VA, CO, HI, GA, TN, PA, AZ, WA, IL, MA.

    Summary


    This individual will be leading over a diverse array of software product implementations and focal solutions, ensuring the consistent quality of project execution.

    This encompasses spearheading intricate and noteworthy endeavors demanding extensive experience and comprehension.

    Responsibilities
    Provide subject matter expertise for diverse implementations and solutions, ensuring consistent quality in project delivery.
    Architect both simple and complex solutions.
    Conduct expert evaluations of client session outcomes, software configurations, customizations, validation processes, and training materials.
    Lead implementation activities for complex projects and offer readiness assessments.
    Act as a subject matter expert in the respective discipline.
    Generate estimates for solutions within the subject matter area.
    Complete Project Status reports and time/expense reports promptly.
    Keep supervisors informed of pertinent implementation and client matters.
    Provide daily leadership, task allocation, and mentorship to project team members.
    Achieve annual utilization targets.

    Required Skills
    10+ years in IT consulting, with a focus on the delivery of financial software products
    Prior recent
    ERPimplementation experience required
    Strong consulting skills, including the ability to develop professional and compelling collateral
    Functional knowledge of accounting and finance domains with the ability to create strong client relationships with these stakeholders
    Ability to work through complex issues/decisions with clients along with the ability to identify potential risks
    Ability to lead a small team
    Bachelor's degree in business or technical related discipline. MBA or related preferred
    Certifications or licenses in accounting/finance (such as a CPA) is preferred
    Ability to travel about ~30% of the time
