• Proficient with the use of Jira Software and the use of agile team metrics for capacity and efficiency tracking
• Experience with long term product road mapping and release planning.

Required Skills/Experience -• Experience with IT program management and large scale implementations

• Experience with IT product delivery
• Scrum master certification
• Practical experience with technical delivery using agile methodology

Preferred Skills/Experience -• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience as a developer is preferred
• Agile coaching experience is preferred
• Excellent time management and organization skills
