    The Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing is directly responsible for day-to-day execution of our marketing strategies that drive acquisition, and/or engagement, and/or revenue. The role requires a collaborative, customer-focused, technology-minded, strategic thinker that can implement and continuously improve personalized, integrated marketing programs to attract, nurture, and retain our target audience by guiding them through key milestones in the customer journey - leaving customers feeling delighted and converting them into our most influential advocates.

    The Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, reporting to the Director of Audience Engagement, willCollaborate cross functionally to design, build, manage, and continuously enhance our integrated customer lifecycle that will establish and grow strong relationships with customers.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Pitch your ideas and bring them to life - you're a key contributor to our lifecycle strategy
    • Maintain key journey maps to inform strategy, and optimize programs driving various KPIs
    • Contribute to identifying value-add opportunities and support via cross promotion, upsell, and cross sell
    • Stay current with industry trends, competitor intelligence, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies
    Required
    • 8+ years of experience in B2C marketing: demand generation, lead generation, performance marketing, acquisition marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or a related position with the responsibility of driving revenue
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline
    • Experience with marketing automation software, CDPs, and CRMs.
    • Experience delivering multichannel strategies (social media, in-product messaging, email nurture, paid search, etc.)
    • Strong data analytical skills and Excel competency to develop actionable strategies
    • Deep understanding of customer behavior, audience segmentation, and journey mapping
    • Experience with A/B testing and proactively recommending optimizations
    • Consistently adhere to brand, privacy, and legal policies across all assets
    • Ability to translate complex concepts, language, and processes into easily digestible communications
    • Experience creating content and assets, and knowledge of design principles
    Preferred
    • Master's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
    • User experience (UX) and/or design thinking experience
    • Scoring and engagement models
    • Voice of the customer strategy
    • Experience with customer research and personas
    • Experience with customer loyalty offers and incentives
    • Experience leading and/or mentoring
    Capabilities:
    • Maintain lifecycle marketing program alignment to roadmap and business objectives
    • Identify and define customer segments and journeys to foster a personalized experience that maximizes engagement at each stage
    • Develop, execute, and refine multi-channel marketing campaigns across company-wide touchpoints
    • Manage the optimization of acquisition and retention digital marketing, including SEO, paid search, display ads, social media, email nurtures
    • Develop reporting packages and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of lifecycle initiatives and communicate a go-forward recommendation
    Additional details:

    $110,000 - $130,000

    Salary within the above posted range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience.

    To be considered candidates must reside within NY, NJ, CT, MD, VA, PA, MA, RI or Washington, DC. This is a remote first plus convening opportunity.
