NYU School of Medicine/Woodhull Medical Center is recruiting Primary Care Physicians (PCP) at Woodhull Medical Center. We embrace patient and family-centered care and are committed to improved access to efficient and effective primary care services
Our evolving primary care practices provide health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses in a variety of ambulatory and hospital based care settings. Our PCPs serve as an advocate for the patient in coordinating the use of the entire health care system.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated interest in care coordination. Board Certification preferred; Board eligible within 5 years post residency required. Candidate will have an opportunity for a hybrid work model: two-day remote telehealth schedule and three-day in-house schedule.
