    Position Overview

    This role is responsible for process execution within Customer Operations, emphasizing responsibility for successful tactical process management, process coordination, contributions to updated business process documentation, and contributions to new process testing and specialized areas of operational opportunity within Transportation lines of business. The majority of processes will use standard processes and best practices, with some customer situations requiring further analysis, judgment, and consultation. This role may include participation in continuous and automation-specific improvement efforts within and beyond our team and departments as needed.

    What You Will Do
    • Process execution: 80%
      • Process and coordinate assigned workflows in accordance with team and company expectations and process/procedural documentation, manage work from CRM queues and/or email as needed, respond to inquiries from internal partners and customers as needed, schedule meetings with internal partners, experiment with and document new processes for scalability assessments, aid in special operations projects, collaborate with team members
    • Contribute to process management structure and automation: 10%
      • Participate in business process mapping discussions, participate in organizational projects requiring subject matter expertise as needed
    • Continuous improvement culture engagement: 5%
      • Learning and demonstrating CI competencies within department
    • Other duties as assigned: 5%
    What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a customer solution environment, transportation and/or technology related fields
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite, with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook or Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Gmail
    • Experience managing data within Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
    • Demonstrated written and verbal communication abilities
    • Demonstrated customer focus and problem solving abilities
    • Beginner systems thinking competencies
    • Ability to manage interdepartmental priorities and needs in pursuit of improved performance
    • High degree of organization, with focus on detail as needed
    • Ability to balance business needs with procedural integrity
    • Demonstrated ability to give and receive feedback
    • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and disagreement towards resolution within and outside of team
    • Beginning mastery of independent critical thinking, and ability to act with agency and without managerial direction
