    General Job Description Summary:

    Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the HR Generalist is responsible for aligning our HR initiatives and functions with the business goals and objectives. The HR Generalist acts as a business partner in performing the following duties: talent acquisition/recruitment, on-boarding/off-boarding, employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and other HR functions.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner with all recruiting efforts.
    • Coordinate with our PEO to ensure new hires are successfully on-boarded and terminating employees are successfully off-boarded.
    • Collaborate with HR Director on on-boarding strategies and perform new hire orientation to deliver an exceptional first-day/week experience.
    • Coordinate the off-boarding process to ensure a successful employee exit experience and conduct exit interviews. Analyze any relevant information gathered in the exit interviews and collaborate with the HR Director on any challenges and solutions.
    • Partner with leadership to provide HR support and execution of all HR strategies.
    • Stay abreast of all local, city, state, and federal laws and regulations relating to HR and work with HR Director in ensuring overall compliance.
    • Provide employee relations support and guidance to management on employee coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, and all employee relations.
    • Provide customer service to all employees relating to any HR inquiries such as on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits, payroll, recruiting, compensation, compliance, performance reviews, and any other HR related inquiries.
    • Collaborate with HR Director to understand and improve employee engagement, employee retention, and decreasing any turnover challenges.
    • Collaborate with the HR Director in analyzing, creating, and implementing HR strategies, initiatives, solutions, programs, policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with the HR Director in creating and utilizing HR tools and metrics to analyze, identify, and resolve any HR challenges.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Position Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    • At least 4 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience
    • Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
    • Ability to partner, coach, and influence leaders/management to execute HR strategies and organizational effectiveness
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

    Travel: This position requires 15% of travel time.
