    Position Summary:
    Cross functional program leader accountable to the management team.

    Responsible for implementing and/or maintaining methodologies to effectively manage cross-functional programs to ensure the project teams can achieve their business objectives.

    Responsibilities & Duties

    Responsible for scoping programs and defining the necessary resources to achieve program milestones.

    The Program Leader must create, implement, and maintain cross-functional program and project schedules, Project charters, Decision logs, Status documents and any other tools/techniques/processes to help drive programs forward.


    Demonstrated skills at:
    Leading cross-functional teams emphasizing shared goals aligning with business priorities.
    Driving decisions that stick with stakeholder buy-in, clear documentation, and thorough assessment of factors that impact the decisions.

    Identifying opportunities to actively reduce technical and schedule risk using critical thinking and collaborative problem solving to implement reasonable mitigations.

    Navigating ambiguity to move project forward.
    Prioritizing and presenting detailed trade-offs within project teams and to executive leadership
    Strategically optimizing of workflow to balance resources, enable focus, and achieve business objectives.
    Technical understanding of complex systems and interactions

    Day to day activities include:
    Operating effective meetings with cross-functional teams
    Creating and Updating schedules
    Writing, reviewing, and approving project specific documentation.
    Supporting the development of intellectual property
    Supporting regulatory submissions
    Facilitating collaboration among stakeholders
    Managing and coordinating with vendors, test facilities and development partners
    Experience with development of medical devices including:

    Programs at all stages; early research, concept, and requirement development through DV, design transfer, and commercial release
    Capital and disposable products; catheters and other disposables, electro-mechanical, sterile and non-sterile, hardware, software
    Compliance with QMS; design control, audits, CAPAs, training, complaint handling
    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience, OR Master's degree in related technical discipline with 8 years of project/program management experience
    Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering project/program management experience
    Previous experience in the medical device industry
    Familiar with design control for medical devices, QS, applicable ISO standards, RA requirements
    Experience with catheter and/or capital development.
    Excellent on effective communication and presentation.
    $150,000 - $210,000 a year

    Commensurate with education, experience, training, etc.
