    Description

    Our Client, a Registered Investment Advisor located in Houston, TX is looking to add an experienced Relationship Service Manager to their team. The relationship they have with their clients and the service they provide is their number one priority. They are looking for someone to support their business with that commitment in mind.

    Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Provide ongoing service and operational support to branch office advisors and their partners
    • Facilitate plan development and administration
    • Gather client submitted financial documents/statements
    • Organize relevant inputs
    • Manage plan implementation
    • Manage the client Onboarding experience
    • Prepare and process account opening paperwork
    • Interact with clients throughout transition of accounts
    • Identify, track, and follow up on outstanding items
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination of services (insurance, estate, tax, etc.)
    • Update and maintain client data in relationship management and reporting systems
    • Process client requests for transactions, distributions, and account maintenance
    • Prepare plan/account updates for client meetings
    • Respond to client inquiries on both operational and planning related topics
    • Perform other service related or operational duties, as required

    Experience & Skills Required:

    • 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Grasp of financial services concepts including investments, retirement accounts, annuities & insurance, etc.
    • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and thorough follow-up
    • Ability to prioritize while working quickly and accurately
    • Effective and concise communication skills
    • Resourceful and proactive work style with strong sense of ownership
    • Pleasant attitude and approachable demeanor
    • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and overall comfort with using technology
