- Mold preps - Basic die maintenance, Metal Removal, Basic trouble shooting.
- Trim Die - Basic trim die maintenance, changing of cutters, sharpening of cutters and trouble shooting.
- Performing PM's on mold dies
- Basic plumping skills of stainless tubing.
- Overhead Crane Operation
- Fork Truck Operation
- Good basic mechanical skills
- Self-motivated and a go getter, respectful to production casting customers.
- Blast booth operation
- Regularly scheduled follow up training and competency evaluation will take place annually and be included with an employee's annual evaluation summary and maintained by HR in the employee records.
- Required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties upon request of the supervisor.
- Complies with the following OSHA Safety Standards: Hazard Communication; Bloodborne Pathogens; Lockout; Permit Required Confined Space; Hot Work Permit; Powered Industrial Trucks; P.P.E. and Ergonomics
- When necessary, participate in classes and training seminars to learn new technologies and techniques deemed helpful to performance on the job
- Ensures that production receives prompt and effective assistance when called. They are the customer.

- Welding experience, specifically TIG welding
- Employees are expected to work onsite to attend in person meetings and collaborate as necessary
- Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 55 pounds regularly
- Ability to read, write, perform basic math calculations, and complete visual inspections
