As a BBSI Area Manager, you will lead our business-owner clients and internal team of experts. This role involves overseeing a multi-million dollar business that advises on a broad range of organizational issues.
The primary goal of the Area Manager is to achieve results for BBSI. With profit and loss responsibility for the branch, the Area Manager's mandate includes expanding market share and enhancing profitability.
The Area Manager should have a stakeholder mindset and a genuine commitment to consistently achieving positive outcomes for our clients and internal teams.
This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting salary range for this role is $ K. Factors influencing the initial pay level may include geographical location, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position also qualifies for profit-sharing based on the terms of the Company's plan.

Paid Time Off: 40 hours of annual paid sick leave (additional sick leave based on state or regional regulations); vacation time accruing up to 80 hours in the first year, up to 120 hours from years 2-4, and up to 160 hours from the fifth year; 6 paid holidays per year, and 4 paid volunteer days annually.
