    We're currently hiring three full-time Physical Therapists (PTs) to support veterans and their families in Los Angeles.

    About the Role

    • Serve veterans and their families at the CalVet Los Angeles facility, addressing mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and functional rehabilitation
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, OTs, SLPs, and caregivers
    • Maintain compliant documentation using Liri AI for evaluations, treatment notes, and homeexercise programs
    • Participate in care conferences and individualized care planning
    Schedule

    • Fulltime schedule aligned with the service year
    • Standard work hours with builtin planning flexibility and teletherapy options
    Your Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive assessments of strength, range of motion, balance, and functional mobility
    • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on client goals and medical history
    • Provide direct therapy sessions in clinic, teletherapy, and community settings
    • Educate veterans and caregivers on adaptive strategies, homeexercise compliance, and pain management techniques
    • Document evaluation findings, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
    What You'll Need

    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
    • California PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
    • Experience with neurological, orthopedic, and geriatric populations preferred
    • CPR/BLS certification
    • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
