    Responsibilities

    • Achieving monthly production goals and budgets for assigned locations
    • Developing key accounts and increasing market share through strategic planning
    • Executing effective sales calls, understanding client needs, and communicating benefits
    • Collaborating with management to drive growth and meet community needs
    • Handling sales administration duties efficiently
    • Being mindful of financial resources and managing expenses within budget
    • Having a good understanding of services, advantages, and guidelines to educate clients
    • Completing any other assigned tasks

    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Two to three years of successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred
    • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software
    • Ability to work independently and self-motivated
